Referral partner program in Canton, Ohio: Hand your customer a card. We take it from there.

For dealerships, supply stores and accounting firms whose customers run work vehicles. Your business earns a referral fee when a job you referred is paid in full.

They scan it and see your name.

Your customer scans the card, and our quote form opens with your business's name at the top.

With your card or link, your customer gets

10% off the whole job

Your customer's terms, from our referral program terms: 10% off everything we charge for the job, before sales tax. If your written quote shows another discount, the 10% comes off the price after that discount. Anything we include at no charge stays included. Give us the code before you approve your written quote. A job can carry one referral code, and the first code we receive for the job is the one that counts. Your price before the 10% is worked out the same way, from the same rates, as for any customer without a code.

Referral program terms

How it works

Four steps. Yours is handing over the card.

  1. We

    We set your business up

Once you sign our referral agreement, we set up your codes and supply the Fleet Herald cards it covers.

  2. You

    Hand over a card

You or your staff give your customer a card: with the keys, at the counter or across the desk.

  3. Your customer

Scan it and start a design

Their phone opens our quote form with your code saved, and they start their design with us.

  4. We

We do the work. You're paid.

We design, print and install their graphics. When a job you referred is paid in full, your business earns its referral fee.

Who it's for

Dealerships
Your salesperson hands the buyer a card with the keys.
Supply stores
Hardware, landscape and other supply stores can refer their contractor customers the same way.
Accounting firms
Accounting firms can refer clients too, where their professional rules allow the fee this program pays.

When a job that carries your code is paid in full, your business earns its referral fee, and we pay what you earned each month. We pay the business, never an individual.

Each month you see every paid invoice that earned a fee, by a reference number, with the fee, any later change to it and its payout date. We never tell you a customer's name, contact details or request.

Nothing on your paperwork. No desk time.

For a dealership

No floorplan, no inventory, and nothing on the buyer's order, retail installment contract or amount financed.

  • We contract with your customer

We quote, contract with and invoice your customer directly.

  • The card does the explaining

Whenever you or your staff hand over a card or recommend us aloud, say that Fleet Herald pays your business a referral fee and, if the speaker shares in it, that they do. An accounting firm also tells each client in writing that we pay it a referral fee.

  • Nothing to buy

We supply your codes and cards at no cost to you.

A shop, not a platform

Order a wrap from a national platform and the company that sells it is not the company that installs it. We are both. Every design is drawn in Canton, and the wrap goes on in a climate-controlled bay about a third of a mile away. We've been installing film here since 2018.

Partner questions

Who contracts with the customer?

We do. Your customer starts the design with us, approves our written quote and pays us directly, on our Terms and Conditions; nothing goes on your paperwork.

How is the referral fee paid?

Under the written referral agreement each partner signs.

How does our staff share in it?

How you share it with your staff is your pay plan.

How is vehicle prep handled?

Each written quote states the prep terms for the vehicles on it, and the terms every customer gets are set out on our production page.

Give your next customer a card.

Tell us about your business and who will hand out cards. We'll call to talk it through, and if it's a fit, we set up the written agreement and the codes and cards it covers.
